  • Banzai to Acquire Act-On Software - Seattle-based marketing technology company Banzai International is set to acquire Portland’s Act-On Software for $53.2 million (learn more)

  • Ro Health Secures Private Equity Investment - Seattle-based clinical staffing provider Ro Health landed an investment from LightBay Capital, helping support planned expansion (learn more)

  • Palona AI Raises $10M - Former Google VP's new Seattle startup Palona AI, focused on building customer service AI agents for retail, has raised $10 million (learn more)

  • Fuse Space Program Launched - Seattle-area VC firm Fuse launches a program to back space ventures, willing to invest $1M in promising startups at Day Zero (learn more)

  • Rhizome Research - A semi-stealth societal-impact focused AI startup (check out Rhizome’s Linkedin) is hiring for a full stack engineer with a baseline knowledge of chemistry and biology & a research engineer (preferably in a PhD program) with strong pytorch and/or jax experience.
